David Keir
Principal
David Keir founded Corporate Purpose after a career in Australia and China as a business advisor and entrepreneur. He founded several successful companies and has extensive experience working with Boards, shareholders, franchisees and investors.
David has a passion for starting values-based businesses, capturing the inspired thinking of founders and business teams, and creating structures, cultures and systems that see these come to life and be sustained. His experience is that the alignment of key stakeholders around shared purpose, vision and values separates successful companies from the rest, regardless of geography or industry.
David returned to Australia in 2017 after 24 years in China, and now resides in Sydney. He was educated at Queensland University where he earned his B.Econ(Hon), B.A., and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is a certified facilitator and professional busines consultant.
Craig Marcombe
Advisor - Leadership, Facilitation & Coaching
Craig is an experienced facilitator and executive coach who is passionate about helping people to reach their full potential, both at an individual level and a team level. He has deep experience in facilitating in both the public and private sector, and is comfortable and credible working from C-Suite level down the most junior personnel in an organisation. His coaching and facilitation style is all about relationship building. In order to generate open and honest conversations (without which a coaching session or workshop cannot be successful), you must create an environment of trust, and this is one of my core strengths.
Craig started his career in the Royal Australian Navy, including piloting helicopters, and where he started facilitating workshops in 1994. He consolidated his facilitation and coaching skills working on aid projects in 3rd world countries in the South Pacific. Craig has been the head of the Navy’s Leader Development Programs for the past 3 years. This role gave me carriage of the development and conduct of all Navy’s leadership workshops, as well as retaining a role as a senior facilitator, mentor and coach.
Craig is a certified leadership coach (IECL), is accredited with the Human Synergistics tools of LSI, GSI and OCI and also DISC accredited.
Debbie Sandy

Debbie is passionate about helping people understand their barriers and reach their potential, particularly within the context of a positive organisational culture. Her extensive experience includes having designed and delivered a wide variety of training initiatives, for example Australian Public Service Commission (facilitating 3-day flagship group coaching programmes), KPMG (Partner training in Assessment), Australian Department of Defence (Design and delivery of 360° feedback programmes), P&O Nedlloyd (Design and delivery of change management workshops), Tesco (Negotiation Skills for Tesco Buyers), Shell/Nigerian Government Partnership (Psychometric Assessment Skills).
Debbie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (British Psychological Society), Associate Fellow (AFBPsS) British Psychological Society,is an Accredited NLP Practitioner. She is experienced with a wide range of personality questionnaires – OPQ, MQ, Hogan Suite, Saville Wave, Cut-e and Talent Q. Debbie holds a MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology – UEL and a BA (Hons) Social Psychology – University of Sussex
Jonathan Li
Advisor - Finance, China Strategy & Coaching
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of financial and investment experience in real estate, energy and financial services. He held senior roles with multinational US, UK and ASX companies. He has deep experience in the China market, and is an experienced leadership coach.
Jonathan is passionate about working with business leaders and assisting them achieve their their goals and improving organisations, both through direct coaching and advising on strategy, including both financial and China strategy. He has a strong history of identifying new opportunities, strategising financial models, project management and financial reporting for cross-border investments of more than USD $7Bn with investors from the US, UK and Australia.
He has a deeply collaborative work style and works hard to bring out the best in team members. Jonathan is a CPA and a certified leadership coach (IECL). He is a native Chinese and English speaker.
